Why I Write

　オーウェルのWhy I Writeを読みなおしてみた。冒頭の文は以下の通り。

 "From a very early age, perhaps the age of five or six, I knew that when I grew up I should be a writer."

　次のような記述がある。

"Before he ever begins to  write he will have an emotional attitude from which he will never completely escape."

　しかし、自分のパーソナリティを「消し去る」必要があるということも最後の部分で書いている。

"One can write nothing readable unless one constantly struggles to efface one’s own personality."
